Life in Sierra Leone is bleak after a decade-long civil war that has devastated the country, and the children are often the ones who suffer most.  All As One Children’s Center is an orphanage providing complete care to Sierra Leone’s most vulnerable children.  We currently nurture from 50-70 orphaned and abandoned children in a large facility in Freetown, the capital city.  The compound is gated and the children are protected, while having plenty of room to run and play on the grounds. 

The Children’s Center provides:

Immediate Intervention and relief for the urgent needs of the children, who face incredible odds for survival.  For many, it is their first chance to enjoy a real home.

Individual Care for every child.  They receive specific and appropriate help in all areas – nutritionally, educationally, and medically.

Personal Contact from the All As One staff.  Caregivers are within arm's reach of the children, and provide loving, one-on-one care.
